Matt joined CEMA in 2010 as our resident database and system administrator. He also develops and maintains much of our ingest, processing, and database code that enables CEMA to distribute data and build decision support systems. He handles data set acquisition, manipulation, and processing for our large data projects in order to get raw data into a usable form for analysis. Matt completed his undergraduate work at the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Computer Science, before moving on to complete his M.S. in Geography in 2024.
