Kevin was appointed Delaware State Climatologist and Director of CEMA in 2024. Previously, Kevin served as the Director of the DEOS Network and Associate State Climatologist. He was one of two graduate students that helped install the first DEOS station in 2003 and became the DEOS Network’s first technician in 2007. Kevin completed his PhD in Climatology at the University of Delaware in 2023 and was appointed as an Assistant Research Faculty in the Department of Geography and Spatial Sciences later that year. His past research has focused on precipitation extremes and the variability of evapotranspiration.
